Welcome to Uptown Lake Zurich
Thank you for your interest in the revitalization of the uptown of Lake Zurich. This website provides the architectural drawings, renderings, information, plans, presentations, and other documents related to the revitalization effort of the Village. The work presented herein is the culmination of many individuals, both professionally as well as residents of Lake Zurich. This site is designed to give all interested parties a better sense of the vision being cast and the progress being made towards that vision.

New Updates
Equity Services Group LLC is pleased to announce that it has finalized all of its financial commitments for the project finance for the downtown Lake Zurich development. As such, once the finance is closed this fall we will be initiating more marketing and pre-construction work to prepare for initial construction in the spring/summer of 2010. More project updates, including a confirmation of the project finance closing, will be made on this website in the coming months. Many thanks to all of the community members who have shown support and interest in the downtown redevelopment.
